ACT - The Year Ahead

Adams Community Trust (ACT) are looking forward to a busy & successful 2012.

The committee would like to say a huge thank you to all those who donated so generously in 2011 & urge others to get involved in the year ahead. 

ACT have completed the lighting up of Alison Green from dusk till dawn & the toddler playpark  both have made a noticeable difference to our town. The 3rd project which has always been our biggest challenge is the installation of a large playpark which is going to cost approx £300,000. The plans have been divided into 3 phases with the 1st phase hopefully going to be completed this year which is an outdoor exercise area, this has been welcomed by lots of groups & individuals alike.

ACT are encouraging people to think about fundraising to help raise money & awareness  of ACT.

ACT are kicking of the first event this year by hosting their Burns Supper in the Town Mill, it was such a huge success last year that the event is sold out. 

ACT would also like to thank Linda Mitchell, Lynne Kent & Lesley-Anne Newall for their very kind donation from their New Year party that they had organised.  This is the kind of support that we need from our community.
