Hi thats exactly how i felt when i first joined a couple of years ago,DO NOT BUY INTO THIS, yes its great now  to you,but now i cant afford my bills,cant afford to change suppliers because i have arrears to pay so unfortunately im stuck with them. My boyfriend joined them to sell the utilities and we did attend quite a few open days etc down south,but BY GOD CAN THEY TALK THE TALK, i would reconsider,hopefully i can help someone to consider taking a completely different path,and not being sucked in by these people, Youve been warned.

I have been a member of the club for some 10 years now - I used to check every bill to see if they were really the cheapest but stopped after a while.

Adding to that, they've just launched the guarateed cheapest mobile phone service in the UK (starting at £10 for line rental, unlimited texts and 500 minutes a month), I think we're getting great value. 

And they also find ways to save us even more on our bills like a discount card that we can use to have between 3% and 7% discount on petrol, supermarkets (Sainsbury's and Asda) and all the major shops in Britain.  The discount amount is used to reduce our monthly utility bills.

Also, if you tell someone about the Club and they join, you get 1/2% discount on your bills per service taken (so, a friend taking 4 services gives you 2% discount - 50 friends taking 4 services = 100% discount!)

Customer service, incidentally, is the best acording to Which? Magazine too.

Unless you're renting a mobile handset, there are no long term contracts.  Most services only require 1 month notice if you want to leave the Club.

If people want to scrutinize the company, they are a plc company listed on the Stock Exchange (FT250).

But, if you owe any company money, they will obviously not let you go until you settle the bill. It's the same with the Club - the less people owe money, the cheaper the service can be for everybody.
