Hi - we exist to ensure angling prospers in the Strathaven area - check us out on www.upperavonangling.co.uk

We operate our own hatchery & rearing ponds and stock the river only with genuine Avon Trout.

Kids go free all under 13's can get a free ticket to fish on our waters.

We look after the Avon upstream of Craigs Bridge south bank only & both banks upstream of Browns Bridge & Glengavel Reservoir.

Upper Avon Angling Association Announce AGM

Please note our Annual General Meeting is on Wednesday 9th November @ 19.30 - to approx 21.00 upstairs in the Ballgreen Hall - Strathaven.

All members are welcome - the club is very keen to involve our members in the running of the club & we are keen to hear your views.

We now have a Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Upper-Avon-Angling-Association-Strathaven/187411024628255 please look us up & give us a like - we publish a lot of news via this medium & you can interact with the club via Facebook.

You can also check us out on www.upperavonangling.co.uk

It is hoped through our efforts we will encourage visitors to the area & that this will benefit Hotels, Shops, & local business.

We are very fortunate to have the backing of many riparian owners in the Strathaven area who allow our Anglers to fish on there waters..
